The Fitness Room is equipped with the latest equipment, including Lifecycles, Cybex bikes, treadmills, as well as dumbbells and free weights for weight training…to name a few. CCA’s personal trainer is (ISSA) Certified Sports and a Conditioning Specialist (AFPA).
